Long Drive Bug Splatters
What to do with bug splatters after a long drive.

First things first. Don't worry. Enjoy that cruise with your friends or club. Go on that long road trip. Don't let the bug stop you!
Wash Time
Once you are back within the next 48 hours if able, just give your vehicle a good wash. Rinsing the bugs off will prevent them from baking into the wrap or PPF. If you are unable to wash your car within the next 48 hours just try not to park directly in the sun until you can get that wash completed.
Clay Bar
Yes if some of those splatters are a little stubborn you can use a clay bar to remove them. This will only work with gloss wrap or PPF. Ensure you are using a good amount of slip solution to prevent scratches.
For matte or satin finish wraps. Soap and water is going to be the option to remove the splatters. While washing the car get that bucket and a wash sponge and scrub them out gently.
If you are unsure or don't feel comfortable doing this on your own. Please give us a call. We will happily help bring your car back from that amazing trip!
